Coeval wish to advise everyone of the retirement of Managing Director Michelle Thomson as of 31/08/24.
Michelle’s retirement coincides with her husband also retiring at the end of August.
Michelle started 13/01/2015 as part time Admin Manager, working 3 hours per day. She progressed through the business to becoming the Managing Director in 01/01/2022. Since Michelle started, she has helped many Coeval staff to grow both inside and outside of the work environment and has become a very fond member of the team for everyone. Although everyone will be sad to see her go, we as a team wish her all the best of luck for the future. We all appreciate the time and effort she has put in to improve both the business and the people that work in it.

With Michelle retiring this leaves opportunities for current staff to step up and take on more responsibility. Key operational duties have been split between staff members increasing their profile and knowledge. This retains stability and continuity and offers potential career progression within. Coeval staff have already been taking on additional work to provide cover for Michelle (and each other) when on leave, so the upskilling has already commenced. Michelle has over the last couple of months worked with the team to ensure a smooth transition to the next phase. Key role changes are:
James Meffan – Operations Manager
Scott Hatcher – Business Improvement Manager
Leigh Doran – Business Support Manager
Gary Higgins retains overall control as CEO.
Michelle will continue to maintain some of accounting and HR functions.
